12 Beginner Note 12 Oct 2014

 
 

Hello Beginners!  Congrats on another great week.  You all looked so strong Thursday running several 3 minute intervals.  Next week we will start 4 minute running intervals and then by the end of the month we will be running/walking to Big Ben!

A few reminders and dates for you…

If you have not already done so, please email me a photo of you.  It does not have to be anything fancy.  A selfie will be just fine 🙂

Vicky and I would love for you all to join us on Oct 30 after our group run for a coffee at my house.  Details to follow but please mark your calendars.

You will be receiving an email in the next week or so from WRW with some preliminary details about making travel plans for the half marathon.  There is no need to book anything at this time.  Jane Novak and Chris Roberts (organizers of the half marathon) will be at our coffee on the 30th to answer any questions you may have.

Please remember if you can’t run with the group on Tuesdays and Thursdays to run on your own.  It is important to get in the two runs per week at this point.
