class=\"paragraph_style\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">Another great run last week, and it was not an easy one, with very few stops!\u00a0 However, at least the conditions were perfect, and in spite of rain having been forecast from the week earlier, it stopped in time for us to have a dry run!\u00a0 You are all troopers, and would have run and taken it in your stride, something I can&#8217;t say for myself, so I, as you all know, was very happy the sun came out!<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">This week we have the run to Canary Wharf.\u00a0 You are all ready for this, so don&#8217;t worry &#8211; just be prepared to be absolutely exhilarated once you get there &#8211; it is a great feeling!\u00a0 Please make sure you have a good breakfast, and\u00a0bring your gels, water and Oyster card as we will return by tube to SJW.\u00a0 For those of you who\u00a0haven&#8217;t managed to run the long runs for a couple of weeks, please resist the temptation to migrate to the front of the group.\u00a0 We will tend to split up quite a bit over the next few runs, and you have got to make sure you are running\u00a0a comfortable pace.\u00a0\u00a0I have copied the route directions that were sent out to the MWF group when we ran\u00a0to Canary Wharf a couple of weeks ago &#8211; Jane actually went out the Saturday before and took photos, and modified the\u00a0route so it would be easy for anyone to get there if they got separated from the group.\u00a0 Hopefully, most of\u00a0you will be behind one of the coaches\u00a0but here is the route anyway.\u00a0 We will be taking the gels between 70 and 80 minutes into the run &#8211; roughly at around the Victoria Park area.\u00a0 Also, from now on, we will start to run right away from Barclays Bank, so please warm up as you are waiting for all the runners to show up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Section One &#8211; Canal to the Wall<span class=\"style_2\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">We will\u00a0run past Panzers and turn right down Cochrane Street to the High Street and cross Prince Albert Road at the SJW zebra crossing. \u00a0Run along Prince Albert Road to join the canal at Charlbert Street. \u00a0Run along the canal for approximately 3 miles until the canal pathway ends at the famous \u201cWall.\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Section Two \u2013 Angel Roads<span class=\"style_2\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">We need to run through the Angel neighbourhood until we can re-enter the canal path. \u00a0 At the wall follow the ramp up to Muriel Street. \u00a0(This is a good place to wait for your pace group.) \u00a0Take a right and then an almost immediate left up a path that winds between the apartment buildings. \u00a0See the picture below for the entrance to the path. \u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph_style_2\">\n<div style=\"height: 320px;width: 240px;height: 320px;width: 240px\" class=\"tinyText style_SkipStroke_1 inline-block\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womenrunningtheworld.com\/beginners\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/unknown-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"border: none;height: 320px;width: 240px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Keep going straight on the path and it will become Maygood Street. \u00a0When you get to the intersection of a main road (Barnsbury Road) turn right. \u00a0Run until you make the second left onto Chapel Market. \u00a0(There is a metal archway saying Chapel Market and a zebra crossing at the intersection.) \u00a0Follow Chapel Market until the end. \u00a0(NB: \u00a0There is a public Ladies Room at the end of White Conduit Street, which intersects with Chapel Market at the euphorium bakery.) \u00a0Turn right at Liverpool Street to the major road Upper Street. \u00a0Cross Upper Street and turn left. \u00a0(NB: \u00a0Angel Tube Station is to your right if you are going home from here.) \u00a0Make your first right at Duncan Street (Jack Wills shop at the corner) and follow until the end. \u00a0The entrance to the canal path will be directly in front of you. \u00a0Go straight along the canal (<span class=\"style_3\">NOT<\/span> a sharp right turn.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Section Three \u2013 Canal to Limehouse Basin<span class=\"style_2\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">We run for about 4 miles following the canal path to the Limehouse Basin. \u00a0We exit the canal path at the wire looking bridge \u2013 see picture below \u2013 and take the brown brick steps up to the left. \u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph_style_2\">\n<div style=\"height: 240px;width: 320px;height: 240px;width: 320px\" class=\"tinyText style_SkipStroke_1 inline-block\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womenrunningtheworld.com\/beginners\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/unknown_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"border: none;height: 240px;width: 320px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph_style_2\">\n<div style=\"height: 240px;width: 320px;height: 240px;width: 320px\" class=\"tinyText style_SkipStroke_1 inline-block\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womenrunningtheworld.com\/beginners\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/1__@__unknown.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"border: none;height: 240px;width: 320px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Section Four \u2013 Limehouse Basin to Canary Wharf<span class=\"style_2\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">At the top of the brick steps, go straight. \u00a0At the Limehouse Gallery and Bronze Age shop turn right. \u00a0Run along the water until you reach the second metal foot-bridge leading to a park. \u00a0Cross the bridge and run through the park. \u00a0(You\u2019ll see that the way we have gone in the past is blocked so we need to make a slight detour.) \u00a0When you reach the road (Narrow St.), turn left and run past the Dunbar Wharf and make your first right on Three Colt Street. \u00a0Run until you hit the water again and turn left. \u00a0Run with the water on your right until you see the long flight of steps next to Royal China \u2013 see picture below. \u00a0You\u2019re almost there! \u00a0Only a third of a mile remaining!<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph_style_2\">\n<div style=\"height: 240px;width: 320px;height: 240px;width: 320px\" class=\"tinyText style_SkipStroke_1 inline-block\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womenrunningtheworld.com\/beginners\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/unknown_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"border: none;height: 240px;width: 320px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Run up the steps and straight ahead, through the small park to India Drive and then veer slightly right along Cabot Square. \u00a0You\u2019re heading for the big sky-scrapper building in front of you. \u00a0Stop when you see the sign for the Canary Wharf DLR Station at the &#8216;mall&#8217; entrance on the South Collanade. \u00a0We\u2019ll meet at the Starbucks inside the building on the right, next to the DLR station. \u00a0After a much earned coffee, we\u2019ll head to the Canary Wharf Tube station [Jubilee Line] and tube it home to SJW.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">On a different note, thanks to all of you who made it to the &#8216;filming session&#8217; last Friday!\u00a0 You made it an absolute blast for us coaches (who knew we had so many multi-talented runners?) and were real troopers.\u00a0 For those who didn&#8217;t make it, please sign up for\u00a0one of the other days &#8211; you should have all received an email\u00a0giving other options.\u00a0 You will not be doing what we did on
