for this group, please be on time to leave promptly at 8:20. \u00a0Meg needs to get back to SJW for an appointment. \u00a0We will do a short walk to Cavendish and start our run from there. \u00a0Remember there will be a large group of regular MWF runners also at Barclays so look out for us so we can separate ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday am with Jane and Vicky<br \/>\nVijaya<br \/>\nMary<br \/>\nJodi<br \/>\nDenise<\/p>\n<p>Thursday afternoon without coaches:<br \/>\nErin<br \/>\nTiffany<br \/>\nCharla<br \/>\nHolly<\/p>\n<p>No answer:<br \/>\nSwati<\/p>\n<p>Since we are a disparate group and may need to get back home quickly this week, we are just going to run to Hyde Park and vary the distance based on the pace. \u00a0We are running 100 minutes this week. \u00a0There are various routes to Hyde Park on the WRW website here: \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/womenrunningtheworld.com\/Women_Running_the_World\/Routes\/Entries\/2013\/5\/18_Hyde_Park_routes.html\">https:\/\/womenrunningtheworld.com\/Women_Running_the_World\/Routes\/Entries\/2013\/5\/18_Hyde_Park_routes.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Finally, Vijaya had some good advice from the physio she saw in terms of stretching. \u00a0We all know how important it is to stretch before and after the run, but it is equally important to stretch on the days you DON\u2019T run as well. \u00a0This will keep your muscles from tightening up as they heal between runs. \u00a0So please do everything you can to stretch just a bit every day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great break and were able to get in at least a little running \ud83d\ude42 Originally this week we were going to try gels on our run, but since we will be splitting up the groups, we are going to wait until next week\u2019s Canary Wharf run for &hellip;
